Power Ride is a 30 minute HIT class. In this beats ride you’ll get your heart rate up, burn calories, and ignite a sweat all before lunch is over. This class will be punctual. So don’t be late. Get in. Get on. Get out. And FAST!

Cycle 101 is designed for anyone and everyone. In this 45 minute class, you will learn the mechanics of indoor cycling and the anatomy of your bike. You’ll ride to upbeat music, feel the burn and SWEAT! Get energized for the day and weekend ahead. This class is designed for beginners so grab a friend and don’t be shy. We’re in this together!
