**Membership Agreement**

This Membership Agreement is made and entered into as of today, by and between Ignite Fit Club ("Facility") and {name} ("Member").**

• Membership: The Member agrees to join Ignite Fit Club as a member, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
• Membership Fees: The Member agrees to pay a membership fee of [Amount] per [Month/Year], due on the [Day] of each month. Payment can be made by [designate payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank draft, etc.].
•  Amenities and Services: As a member, the Member shall have access to the following amenities and services:
  • Open Gym facilities
  • Group fitness classes (additional fees may apply)
  • Personal training sessions (additional fees may apply)
  • Wellness programs 

    (Cold Plunge and Infrared Red Light Dry Sauna)

  • Private Gym Members lounge

• Cancellation Policy: The Member may cancel their membership by providing one month written notice to the Facility. Any prepaid fees/charges for unused Classes/Sessions/Memberships will not be refunded.
• Behavior Policy: The Member agrees to adhere to all gym rules and regulations and to treat staff and other members with respect. The Facility reserves the right to terminate membership for any behavior deemed inappropriate.
• Liability Waiver: The Member understands and acknowledges that participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited too, risk of injury, illness, or death. By signing this Agreement, the Member agrees to voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the Facility, including but not limited to injuries caused by equipment use, falls, and interactions with other members.

**The Member hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Facility, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from the Member's participation in activities at the Facility. This release shall be binding upon the Member's heirs, assign, and personal representatives. **

• Modifications

The Facility reserves the right to modify its facilities, amenities, and class schedules at its discretion. The Member will be notified of any significant changes.

• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or verbal.
